Pivot Award Given to Eastford Road School

Congratulations to Eastford Road Elementary School for achieving the Northeast Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Pivot Award!

This award recognizes schools that have done an excellent job of "pivoting" PBIS practices to respond to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and remote learning, especially in the unusual and unprecedented 2020 - 2021 school year. 

Schools that earned this distinction successfully adapted core PBIS features and practices to address the context of learning during the pandemic and partnered with families to make PBIS effective.
